Logistics Coordinator II (WellView Advisor)
About The Position
This role serves as a Logistics Coordinator II, also known as a WellView Advisor. The primary responsibility is to deliver WellView training and user support for Drilling & Completions operations, functioning in both field and office environments. The individual will act as the subject matter expert for WellView, covering application workflows, data standards, reporting, audits, and user adoption. Key tasks include training new employees and field users, tracking training completion, supporting WellView reporting and data extraction, developing training materials, and ensuring data standardization. The role also involves providing 24/7 WellView support, including IT backup, and collaborating with various teams to enhance well data quality.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of WellView, including data management, reporting, and query building.
- Knowledge of drilling and completions.
- Experience with or understanding of well servicing operations.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Personal initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work the rotation (two weeks on / two weeks off).
- Willingness to respond to support callouts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver WellView training and user support across Drilling & Completions operations, in both field and office settings.
- Serve as the WellView subject matter expert for application workflows, data standards, reporting, audits, and user adoption.
- Train new employees, Operations Technicians, and field users; track training completion and onboarding progress.
- Support WellView reporting, query development, and data extraction requests.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and quick reference documents using department standards and templates.
- Support WellView data standardization, including library picklists, recurring cost initiatives, quick reference guides, and functional requirements reviewed with the Regulatory Group.
- Provide 24/7 WellView support as needed, including some IT backup, while working with operations, analysts, and technical teams to improve well data quality.
