About The Position

The Logistics Compliance Manager leads compliance and logistics initiatives across departments and regions, helping ensure TJX’s global supply chain operates with integrity, efficiency, and compliance. The role works with internal teams and external partners to uphold product safety, labeling, and logistics standards across North American and international divisions. The manager collaborates with buyers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on legal and ethical standards; oversees vendor onboarding and training; monitors and improves vendor performance using KPIs and data-driven insights; and drives innovation and process improvements. The role also represents TJX in external compliance discussions and develops and maintains tools and systems for compliance documentation and reporting. The position manages a positive and inclusive team environment. The position is located at 888 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, California. The starting salary range is USD $95,800 to $122,100 per year. Actual starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. The position is eligible for annual and long-term incentives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Compliance.
At least 4 years of experience in logistics, compliance, or supply chain operations.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Strong analytical and technical aptitude, including Excel, PowerBI, and EDI systems.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
