The Logistics Client Support Representative will be responsible for creating internal customer profiles in CargoWise, assisting customers in making suitable choices for their needs, and providing quotations. This role involves coordinating with customers and other departments to ensure smooth freight movement, providing tracking information and shipment updates. The representative will communicate with customers via phone or email to build strong relationships and provide excellent service, handle special requests, send new shipment bookings, and validate/confirm ocean/air shipment bookings from origin to destination. Daily management of emails and phone calls from customers and other offices/departments related to respective accounts, and directing customer questions/concerns to the correct department as needed, are also key duties.
