About The Position

The Operation Coordinator (Inside Logistics Sales support) - Bilingual (English/Korean) role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales and operations teams. Key functions include preparing management reports and performance summaries, assisting leadership with daily tasks and strategic initiatives, and tracking sales performance. The coordinator will handle customer inquiries, prepare freight rate quotations, and support rate negotiations. This position also involves conducting inside sales activities, managing CRM systems, tracking sales pipelines, and resolving customer complaints. Cross-functional coordination between sales, operations, pricing, legal, and finance teams is essential. Additionally, the role supports the preparation of sales materials, P&L analysis, market research, business development, and administrative tasks, all aimed at improving internal workflows and enhancing customer satisfaction within the logistics industry.

Requirements

  • Entry level or less than 3 years of logistics operation or sales support or business development support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply chain management, Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean) required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to expand knowledge of logistics industry

  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports and performance summaries for management review
  • Support the Group Leader and Sales Team Leader in daily tasks and strategic initiatives
  • Assist in sales performance tracking, revenue analysis, and business reporting
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests
  • Prepare freight rate quotations and pricing proposals
  • Support rate negotiations and contract-related documentation
  • Conduct inside sales activities for existing and potential customers
  • Manage and update CRM systems and sales databases
  • Track sales pipeline progress and follow up on leads and opportunities
  • Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate resolutions
  • Communicate with relevant departments to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Support internal operational tasks related to sales orders and shipments
  • Coordinate communication between Sales and Operations teams
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Legal, and Finance teams on business cases and contracts
  • Support cross-departmental projects and new business implementation
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Conduct P&L simulations and profitability analysis using Excel
  • Support pricing strategy evaluation and margin analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Support partnership development and new business opportunities
  • Assist in organizing client meetings and business development activities
  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to Sales and Operations teams
  • Contribute to improving internal workflows and productivity
  • Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency
