About The Position

We’re supporting a client seeking a Logistics Clerk to join their team on a contract basis, with the possibility of converting to a permanent role. Candidates must be able to commit fully to a contract assignment. This role blends customer service, administrative support, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth order processing and accurate communication.

Requirements

  • Customer‑facing experience, especially phone‑based support.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and comfort handling calls + data entry simultaneously.
  • Accurate, detail‑oriented data entry skills.
  • Administrative/clerical experience.
  • Interest in logistics or experience supporting logistics processes.
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a veterinary or animal‑related environment (highly valued).
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, ShipStation, Salesforce, or InforM3.
  • administrative support, customer service, or clerical roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Interest in supporting a growing direct‑to‑consumer model.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional, customer‑focused manner.
  • Enter accurate data into internal systems while gathering information from customers and partners.
  • Work within platforms such as WooCommerce, ShipStation, Salesforce, and InforM3 to process orders, track shipments, and update records.
  • Provide customer service support, answer questions, resolve basic issues, and escalate when needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, document organization, and record maintenance.
  • Support daily logistics coordination to ensure timely order flow and delivery.
  • Multitask effectively across calls, data entry, and administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with a small, supportive team as the company continues to grow its direct‑to‑consumer operations.
