The Logistics Clerk is responsible for booking in/out and monitoring inventory movements. This role involves planning and assuring the unloading of containers, handling rush requests, and relaying information on additional demand. The clerk will also be responsible for receiving purchase orders in the HOST/SAP system, booking in all raw materials, and inputting data into materials management systems. Completing systematic receiving transactions for Mexico and Duncan sites, distributing items received on Purchase Orders, and maintaining all paperwork related to warehouse bookings are key functions. Additionally, the role includes filling out receiving records, ensuring the receiving log is up-to-date, and working with purchasing to validate/rectify invoices. The clerk will assemble, forward, and check transported goods documentations for accuracy and take necessary actions. Cooperation with co-workers to maintain a good working environment is expected, along with performing other assigned duties. Specific tasks include filling orders (picking, labeling, scanning, wrapping, shipping), and verifying warehouse inventories match the host system for accuracy. The ability to drive PIT equipment (sit down, reach) is required.
