About The Position

The Logistics Claims Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing claim data from various sources to identify trends, recovery ratios, performance, and forecasting insights. This role involves providing data analysis and reporting support, monitoring aging claims, and utilizing various systems to obtain transportation and claim-related data. The analyst will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data ETL processes, and ensuring timely completion of tasks with strong ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present information.
• Ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources and summarize findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, and data analysis/reporting techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities to achieve team objectives.

Nice To Haves

• Fluent Korean language skills preferred.

• Transportation or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect claim data from various data sources.
• Analyze claim data to identify claim trends, recovery ratios, claim performance, and forecasting insights.
• Provide additional data analysis and reporting support as requested by management.
• Monitor aging claim statuses and provide regular updates regarding outstanding claims exceeding 120 days.
• Utilize systems such as NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS, and Cello to obtain transportation and claim-related data.
• Collect, organize, and maintain data for daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Prioritize and complete ad hoc reporting requests and special projects.
• Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes.
• Consistently meet deadlines with strong ownership and accountability.
