What You’ll Be Doing: Lead global Logistics improvement initiatives, acting as the primary point of contact and driving projects on a global scale, with primary focus on the Americas region. Represent the Logistics organization in cross-functional and global projects, including close collaboration with IT teams to ensure logistics requirements and priorities are properly addressed. Manage and prioritize global “demand” requests related to Logistics — from understanding business needs to coordinating implementation. Facilitate communication between requestors, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective alignment and timely delivery. Drive efficiency, compliance, and legal changes within Logistics processes, balancing operational improvement with regulatory requirements. Coordinate and support testing of Logistics-related system developments, partnering with IT to ensure solutions meet business expectations. Maintain and update relevant process and system documentation following new implementations or changes. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience leading global logistics and supply chain projects, either as project owner or key contributor. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience collaborating with IT teams on system implementations, process improvements, and testing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to deliver updates and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. An open mindset with the ability to adapt to change and think beyond existing processes and functionalities. Deep supply chain expertise, enabling quick judgment on which stakeholders to engage to ensure business alignment and impact. Ability to balance a strategic, big-picture perspective with strong attention to detail in execution.
