About The Position

Schneider is seeking a Logistics Broker Intern in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to support its Power Only team. The intern will gain an understanding of transportation, sales, and customer service through training opportunities and hands-on work assignments.

The internship includes networking events with Schneider associates, professional skills training led by Schneider leaders, business resource group meetings and events, volunteer activities, and after-work social gatherings.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a college or university.
• Working toward a bachelor’s degree.
• Able to work full-time over the summer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coach carriers on using Schneider’s digital tools to improve their business needs.
• Evaluate service data to positively impact carrier performance.
• Track and update trailer statuses.
• Communicate internally and externally with customers about load status.
• Prospect for new carriers and develop relationships with existing carriers.
