It requires significant interaction with suppliers to manage expediting, returns, and invoice/receipt issues. The role also supports Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Logistics by handling a high volume of incoming requests, acting as a point of contact for resolving inquiries and problems, enlisting SCM personnel as needed, and working on special projects. The associate will research and resolve transaction problems related to invoices and receipts, manage specialty transactions, assist with the distribution of medical products including controlled substances and hazardous materials, and utilize reports to ensure data integrity. The position also involves identifying processing delays, collaborating on solutions, and complying with policies and regulations. Other duties as assigned by leadership are expected. The candidate must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift. The selection process may include an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview.
