About The Position

Nor-Cal Controls is seeking a Logistics Associate to support warehouse operations for a company providing engineering services for utility-scale renewable energy power plants. The role handles administrative duties, including documentation, inventory record-keeping, and internal and external communications, as well as incoming and outgoing product shipments. This is a full-time, onsite warehouse position with a starting salary of $23 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PST.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain mobile in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative duties, including documentation and inventory record-keeping.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts.
• Handle incoming and outgoing product shipments.
• Perform the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s shipping and receiving procedures within the first 90 days.
