About The Position

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate in San Bernardino, California, to accurately and promptly pick, pack, prepare, and ship customer orders while supporting material handling and inventory accuracy. The role involves manual full-case order picking with a scanner or tablet, staging completed orders, moving pallets with warehouse equipment, verifying shipments and packaging, coordinating with other departments, loading trailers, and maintaining a clean, safe picking area. Multiple shift options are available based on business need: second shift Monday through Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., or third shift Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The hourly rate is $24.00, with a shift differential of $1.00 for second shift or $1.50 for third shift. The position is eligible for overtime. Regularly lifting and carrying 50 pounds is required. No immigration sponsorship is available for this role.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous plant or warehouse experience.
Previous experience operating a Raymond brand stand-up forklift.
Regularly lift and carry 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Manually pick full-case orders and stack them onto pallets using a scanner or tablet.
Ensure proper staging and identification after an order has been completely picked.
Move pallets using a manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, reach truck, and propane lift.
Verify quantities, item quality, and product labeling for shipments.
Examine item packaging and contents for quality.
Verify packaging information against the packing list and SAP.
Coordinate with customer service, production, instant, and small pack departments.
Assemble shipping boxes and handle packaging induction and label preparation and application.
Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets.
Identify quantity discrepancies and promptly communicate them to the Supervisor and/or Lead.
Maintain 5S cleanliness in the picking area and move completed shrink-wrapped orders to the dock for packers.
Follow safety and warehouse procedures and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
