About The Position

The Logistics Associate supports shipping and receiving operations in a clean, modern, climate-controlled distribution facility serving an aviation and aerospace supply chain. The role involves checking shipments, handling documentation, entering data into warehouse systems, and supporting quality-control and export-control workflows. The position is a long-term contract with renewal potential based on performance. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with pay up to $18.50 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Basic computer and software skills.
One to two years of logistics, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
Comfort using a computer and performing consistent data entry.
Ability to type and navigate warehouse systems confidently.
Strong attention to detail when reviewing documentation and materials.
Reliable attendance and a steady, team-first mindset.
Clear background.
Must pass a drug screen.
Interest in working in a structured, compliance-focused environment.

Experience supporting shipping, quality-control, or export-control documentation.

Responsibilities

Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for identification accuracy and visible damage.
Process and confirm shipping and receiving documentation for internal and external customers.
Validate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for regulated chemical shipments.
Maintain inventory levels of shipping and receiving supplies.
Support quality-control and export-control documentation workflows.
Enter shipment data accurately into warehouse systems.
Assist with general warehouse support activities as needed.
