Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of deviations from the run schedule.
• Answer incoming calls and emails from drivers and customers and address their needs.
• Contact drivers and carriers for updates and enter accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate issues to customers and drivers.
• Monitor and update all Active Run problems.
