Responsibilities

Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios, Vuetura, and Coupa.
Prevent stock-outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.
Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures.
Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute all supplies accurately and timely within General Stores.
Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies and DME daily.
Process returns, manage supply distribution, DME distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.
Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.
