About The Position

This role is fully onsite in our Hanover Park, IL office. Now is the time to bring your expertise to a W2 role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready. As a Forklift Driver W2 with Insight, you will operate a forklift to receive, locate, and move products throughout the warehouse, fill customer orders with accuracy, and transport them to the truck line shipping area. We will count on you to also perform quality control checks to ensure the complete order is accurate. We're looking for someone who is accountable, safety-conscious, productive, and motivated to exceed company standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience and 1 year of experience with Crown stand-up and cherry picker.
Ability to lift 50lbs consistently.
Knowledge of receiving, warehouse, and safety procedures and some computer experience.
Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions

Responsibilities

Off-load daily shipments and stage them properly on receiving floor.
Accurately count and document inbound deliveries and perform proper maintenance on all forklifts.
Pick customer orders for shipment, making sure the correct number and type of product is picked, packed, and shipped.
Weigh orders, inspect, and load trucks and assemble various types of merchandise for shipment.
