Requirements

High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
1 year of work experience
Ability to lift to OSHA single person lift requirements
Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to work a standard full-time schedule.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of logistics or warehouse experience
Experience performing cycle counts and inventory management in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Certified and licensed to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other material handling equipment
Experience with ERP Systems – SAP, SFDC
Familiarity with 5S methodology
Team player with good communication and organizational skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to use necessary systems, tools, and technologies
Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)
Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and put away customer return items accurately and appropriately
Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged and record shipment information about contents into database
Verify packages according to order and shipping documentation (quantity, quality, etc)
Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
Processing, packaging, and shipping orders accurately and on time using system provided documentation
General maintenance, organization, and cleaning of shipping, receiving, storage, and service areas
Provide support for all functions within the operation as needed
Must adhere to Company EH&S policy and procedures when preforming job duties
Respond positively to coaching and direction from a team leader or senior associate
Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by manager
