Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (retail and food service count)

• Logistics experience is not required as there is a robust training program.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, tracking, and following up on shipments
• Determining the best shipment option for each unique situation
• Coordinating with customers and carriers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintaining and updating the computer database and sending reports
• Answering phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service
