We're looking for a entry level Logistics Assistant to work with our Purchasing team with the following job responsibilities:

Responsibilities
- Track and maintain comprehensive data for inbound container shipments, including quoted rates, departure/arrival schedules, forwarders, and pricing models, etc.
- Audit carrier invoices against agreed-upon pricing structures and shipment details to ensure accurate billing.
- Collaborate directly with freight forwarders and drayage providers to gather documentation and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Organize and consolidate invoice data to provide clear, accessible financial reporting for management.
- Create and manage shipment bookings and generate required logistics labels within Amazon Seller Central / AGL.
- Store and organize shipping label documentation for efficient distribution to overseas factories and suppliers.
- Communicate directly with suppliers to ensure accurate label application and fulfillment specs.
- Monitor and resolve incoming correspondence and documentation requests from Amazon Global Logistics teams.
- Prepare, update, and upload essential shipping documentation directly to Amazon portals.
- Coordinate with global suppliers to ensure timely submission of required shipping details and documents to Amazon.
