We are currently looking for a Logistics Assistant Outbound to join our team and actively support shipping operations across Canada and the United States. In this key role, you will support the logistics department by contributing to order preparation and shipment coordination, while ensuring compliance and efficiency in processes. This position is ideal for a motivated, organized, and curious student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Full-time student in logistics, transportation, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and other basic computer tools
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service quality (internal and external)
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow established procedures
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in logistics operations and shipment processing (an asset)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities
- Support the logistics team in processing shipments for Canada and the United States
- Complete and verify delivery slips and customs documentation to ensure compliance
- Prepare purchase orders and receiving documents
- Handle UPS shipments for small parcels across Canada and the United States
- Generate reports on upcoming shipments and track shipment progress
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
