About The Position

Lab37 Robotics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics and Inventory Specialist to manage the flow of materials through our production and shipping pipelines. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring readiness for assembly builds. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and bring strong attention to detail, communication, and initiative.

Requirements

• 2 years prior experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse management, or inventory control.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking software, spreadsheets, and BOM management.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks or related equipment as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including labeling, documentation, and coordination with carriers.
• Receive materials and parts, inspect deliveries, and accurately update inventory records.
• Maintain an organized and accessible inventory system; pull and kit components for builds as needed.
• Cross-reference bills of materials (BOMs) against current inventory to identify assemblies as “Clear to Build”.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) based on inventory needs and project requirements.
• Track and manage the status of open orders, follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to forecast material needs and prevent shortages.
• Resolve discrepancies in orders, inventory, and shipments with vendors and internal teams.
• Support improvements to inventory management systems and logistics processes.
