About The Position

The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator will support Sila with warehouse operations and auditing. The associate will perform all warehouse activities, including both inbound and outbound operations. This is expected to be a 12 months contract.

Requirements

2+ years experience working inbound and outbound operations
Experience working with software Inventory Management Systems
Experience receiving and handling hazardous materials
Able to work overtime as required
Consistent and reliable task completion
Consistent and clear communication across multiple teams

Nice To Haves

Forklift operator certification a plus
Experience with SAGE Enterprise Resource Planning software a plus

Responsibilities

Accept and receive all incoming deliveries from small and large parcel carries, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon, etc.
Receive and store cylinder gas and chemical deliveries
Perform incoming inspection checks on deliveries, specific to the delivery type.
Complete receipt transactions for incoming shipments in the ERP system
Check and report damage found on deliveries or items in the warehouse.
Process incoming paperwork and complete quality checks for quantity and accuracy.
Sort and stow raw materials, spare parts, equipment, and consumables.
Maintain an orderly warehouse area
Maintain and stock spares, consumables and input materials in their respective storage locations
Perform weekly inventory audits
Fulfill internal requests and provide assistance with moves, stocking, deliveries and shipping tasks
Prepare and stage items for return or freight collection
Assist with loading of outbound shipments
Support all logistics actions, including order fulfillment and internal shipment request
