About The Position

As a Logistics Analyst (Order Management), you will play a crucial role in our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment, ensuring seamless order flow from client requests to final delivery. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting key performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams, and resolving order-related challenges to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • College degree or technical certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset to enhance workflows and improve KPIs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulations, procedures, and industry standards.
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-up practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
  • Ability to quickly learn new TMS/WMS software and systems such as Manhattan SCALE, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end order flow, ensuring all orders are planned and prepared for execution.
  • Track and trace orders through courier and carrier portals, ensuring real-time visibility and issue resolution.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and ad hoc KPI reporting using Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
  • Research and resolve order exceptions in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Accurately enter and update customer orders across multiple platforms and interfaces.
  • Work closely with operational teams to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.
  • Provide top-tier, professional customer service by effectively resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
