This team oversees service providers across inbound and outbound transportation, distribution, and post-sales activities, with the work being as varied as the region itself. As a Logistics Analyst within the EMEIA logistics team, you'll own meaningful projects, influence how we work with our carrier and supplier network, and directly impact the customer experience at scale. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution and will work across functions, managing supplier relationships, and driving programmes that matter. Requirements

Experience in a Planning, Logistics, Retail, Finance, or Operations within a fast-paced product-driven industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Manage supplier performance & set the expectations, track same, and hold suppliers accountable to the KPIs that matter.
Develop and own SOPs that bring consistency and clarity to the EMEIA transportation network, tailored to the needs of each business segment.
Plan and coordinate supplier activity around high-stakes events like Peak Season and New Product Introductions, where precision really counts.
Lead logistics projects and programmes end-to-end, with a clear focus on improving execution and raising the bar on customer satisfaction across the EMEIA region.
Contribute to the development and delivery of EMEIA transportation strategy, helping define how the region moves today and where it's headed.
Take tactical ownership of critical delivery events; balancing cost efficiency with the on-time service standards our customers expect.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with cross-functional teams across EMEIA Operations to launch new transportation programmes and produce sharp, meaningful business insights.
Run weekly and monthly supplier forums; setting the agenda, driving priorities, and turning conversations into clear actions.
Partner with Finance to identify and land quantifiable cost savings; finding the opportunities and seeing them through.
Work with the latest insights technology to turn raw data into insight, improving visibility across the EMEIA logistics network.
