About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Logistician to provide advanced logistics and Integrated Product Support (IPS) expertise to the P-8 program. The role supports logistics operations, the engineering development process, and sustainment strategies, including procurement planning, maintenance capability development, and integration of logistics into system life-cycle management. The position is located in Whidbey Island, WA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and six or more years of related experience, or a master’s degree and four or more years of related experience, or a PhD and zero years of related experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the design, development, integration, testing, and evaluation of logistics processes and systems.
• Assist in prototyping and developing maintenance capabilities tailored for the P-8 program.
• Contribute to the design of systems, subsystems, and components to reduce technical risks and enhance integration.
• Assemble and/or review Logistic Review Group (LRG) audit documentation packages in compliance with relevant requirements and instructions.
• Ensure proper documentation tracking and alignment with system specifications.
• Use Logistics Product Data (LPD) and support development and sustainment of Integrated Product Support (IPS) documentation in accordance with GEA-STD-0007 and/or MIL-STD-1388-2B standards.
• Participate in developing and reviewing Product Support Analysis (PSA) requirements and ensure their correct implementation.
• Assess logistics requirements for design, reliability, maintainability, human engineering, and other factors.
• Support trade-off analyses, maintenance concept reviews, and level-of-repair assessments to enhance operational efficiency.
