About The Position

Atosa USA, Inc., a manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment, is seeking a Sr. Logistics Analyst to support logistics operations for its commercial kitchen equipment wholesale business. The role focuses on improving logistics processes, analyzing supply chain data and costs, coordinating with operations teams, and developing strategies to improve efficiency, delivery visibility, and consistency across branches. Requirements

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the commercial kitchen equipment wholesale business and logistics operations.
• Experience with import compliance and coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Experience with data analysis and data management using SAP and Excel, and improving logistics performance.

Responsibilities

• Process logistics improvement initiatives, including designing and implementing SOPs for shipment tracking, documentation control, SAP landed-cost workflows, and cost-avoidance practices.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure consistency.
• Analyze and manage supply chain operations data, including transportation costs, inventory levels, and delivery performance, using SAP, Microsoft Excel, and related tools.
• Analyze pricing trends, market conditions, freight quotes, and vendor performance to optimize logistics costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics performance and develop strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, improve delivery visibility, and standardize branch-level execution.
