About The Position
The Logistics Worker owns the accurate, timely, and compliant movement of assets through Kantar Media’s logistics operation. This role is critical to maintaining shipment accuracy, inventory integrity, equipment readiness, and regulatory compliance across inbound, outbound, and internal workflows. Success in this role directly impacts operational reliability, panel continuity, and data integrity.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40–50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (4–8 hours per shift).
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and standard warehouse equipment as required.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
- Demonstrated ability to work in process-driven, metric-based environments.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability mindset.
- Experience with inventory management or warehouse systems.
- Prior equipment handling or quality control experience.
- Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
Responsibilities
- Own accurate receipt, inspection, and system logging of inbound shipments.
- Ensure discrepancies, damage, or exceptions are documented and escalated promptly.
- Own end-to-end shipment preparation ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Ensure kits and packages meet defined quality and completeness standards.
- Own testing accuracy, condition classification, and documentation of returned assets.
- Protect chain-of-custody and asset integrity throughout handling and storage.
- Own assigned inventory areas to ensure physical and system alignment.
- Support cycle counts, variance investigation, and corrective actions.
- Provide flexible operational coverage to maintain continuity during peak demand.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control standards.
- Maintain chain-of-custody documentation for all assigned assets.
- Comply with data protection, asset security, and regulatory requirements.
- Immediately escalate security, compliance, or integrity risks.
