About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics operations within the Shipping & Receiving department, including data entry, shipment coordination, and reporting. The Logistics Administrator plays a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, timely shipment processing, and inventory tracking to support overall operational efficiency. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to Enerflex’s values, while working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deliverables.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) required
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing or oil & gas environment is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain shipment, receiving, and inventory data in internal systems and databases
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling carriers and tracking deliveries
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, invoices, customs documents if applicable)
  • Verify received materials against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation and system updates
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and shipping reports
  • Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
  • Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams (purchasing, production, and quality) regarding shipment status and discrepancies
  • Assist in resolving shipping or receiving issues, including damaged goods, shortages, or delays
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards within the shipping and receiving area
  • Maintain organization of shipping records and filing systems for audit readiness
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and reduce bottlenecks
