Requirements

• Ability to learn to negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Self-motivated with strong ownership
• Existing knowledge of carrier network in Western Canada
• Experience moving loads or working in the industry
• Knowledge of Western Canadian transportation regulations

Responsibilities

• Learn to source, secure, and manage freight with reliable carriers
• Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining service quality
• Track and trace shipments, resolving issues proactively
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
• Grow and manage a personal carrier network
• Ensure timely documentation, and compliance
