About The Position

Directly support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), F/A-18 & EA-18G Fleet Support Team (FST) at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island, California. Duties will include: Analyze and coordinate logistical functions in support of multiple engineering and sustainment efforts, including: Structural Avionics/Electrical Engineering RDT&E (Research, Development, Test & Evaluation) SLAP/SLEP (Service Life Assessment/Extension Programs) OOR (Out of Reporting) ISR (In-Service Repairs) Support high-tempo kitting operations associated with airframe changes, adapting to fast-paced and shifting requirements in a dynamic environment. Assist in tracking and managing over 4,000 components across 361 part numbers, ensuring alignment with evolving directives from PMA-265 and other operational stakeholders. Coordinate procurement, inventory control, collaboration with FRCSW manufacturing, and outbound logistics to meet mission timelines and support readiness.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with logistics systems and tools including: ATLS OneTouch WebFLIS Navy ERP
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Current Secret clearance is required.
  • BS or BA degree in Engineering, Logistics, Science or a "Relevant Technical Discipline." (6 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.)
  • Three (3) to 10 years of experience in Management, Technical or Business analysis disciplines.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods, in an office environment.
