About The Position

ISPA Technology is seeking an experienced Logistician to manage and coordinate integrated logistics support (ILS) activities throughout the lifecycle of systems, equipment, and programs. The Logistician is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing logistics processes that support operational readiness, sustainment, acquisition, maintenance, supply chain management, and lifecycle support requirements. This position serves as a senior logistics professional responsible for ensuring logistics strategies, policies, procedures, and support systems are effectively integrated to meet program objectives and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 + years of professional experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), logistics management, supply chain operations, sustainment, or lifecycle support.
  • Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) principles and lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience with logistics planning, sustainment, maintenance, and supply support activities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop logistics strategies, policies, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, implement, and manage integrated logistics support activities for systems, equipment, and programs.
  • Develop logistics policies, procedures, plans, and support strategies.
  • Coordinate logistics activities across acquisition, operational, maintenance, and sustainment environments.
  • Analyze logistics requirements and recommend solutions to improve operational readiness and system supportability.
  • Support lifecycle management activities, including provisioning, maintenance planning, training, supply support, and technical data management.
  • Develop and maintain logistics documentation, reports, and program support plans.
  • Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with program managers, engineers, maintenance personnel, suppliers, and customers to ensure logistics objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure personnel are properly trained, equipped, and supported to execute logistics functions.
  • Support government and commercial programs in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
