Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in logistics, supply chain, inventory, or operations experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with logistics and asset management systems
Ability to prioritize multiple demands in fast-paced environments
Strong communication and vendor coordination skills
Understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements
An active Secret clearance or higher

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting IT or technical delivery programs
Experience in government procurement, documentation and warehousing
Certifications: CSCP, CPL, or related logistics credentials

Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement, shipping, receiving, and distribution of materials and equipment
Maintain inventory systems, asset registries, and supply chain records
Document all logistics activities including procurement, delivery, and maintenance
Track configuration, lifecycle status, and equipment readiness
Support PMs/PMOs with logistical planning and forecasting
Ensure compliance with security, contract, and organizational requirements
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams
Prepare logistics reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Support onboarding, access provisioning, and asset setup
Assist with returns, disposal, and end-of-life asset processes
