About The Position

JSL Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Logistician-ILS and Supply Support professional to provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and program support to the D23 Supply Department at NSWC Port Hueneme Division. This role supports the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS) and requires a candidate who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, responding quickly to evolving fleet requirements. The position involves defining supportability requirements, evaluating documentation for logistics impacts, gathering and analyzing data, coordinating meetings, maintaining logistics products, tracking inventory in Navy ERP, creating documentation for warehouse activities, conducting physical inventories, supporting supply data analysis, resolving material issues, and ensuring accurate and timely logistics information for fleet requirements.

Requirements

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
Demonstrated willingness to learn quickly and perform in a dynamic, fast paced team environment.
Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to evolving customer requirements and produce positive results.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written correspondence.
Ability to obtain a valid U.S. government secret clearance.
Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD Government-granted security clearance.
Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not limited to, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Navy-ERP and other Navy Logistics databases
Prior experience supporting the U.S Navy or Naval Logistics operations
Current U.S. government secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Define system supportability requirements and evaluate program documentation for logistics impacts.
Provide program support through data gathering, analysis, and reporting in support of program deliverables.
Coordinate and support weekly and monthly program meetings.
Review, maintain, and track logistics products across various databases and information systems.
Track TTWCS inventory and warehouse management activities within the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) system.
Create and maintain warehouse movement, receipt, and shipping documentation.
Conduct physical inventories of TTWCS material and reconcile inventory records.
Support supply and logistics data analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and material requirements.
Coordinate with program, supply, logistics, and engineering personnel to resolve material and inventory issues.
Support fleet requirements by ensuring accurate and timely logistics and supply information.
