About The Position

Q.E.D. SYSTEMS, INC., a local Marine Engineering firm, has immediate full-time positions available for Logistics Support Personnel supporting engineering and technical services related to the integration of logistics products. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and the ability to possess or obtain a Secret Government security clearance. Drug screening is required before hiring. Requirements

• Ten years of experience developing, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating ILS products such as PMS and TFBRs for U.S. Navy surface ships. Experience may be gained concurrently.
• Experience developing technical documentation using NPA, NPE, or an equivalent tool.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Possess or be able to obtain a Secret Government security clearance.
• Pass drug screening before hiring.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Navy programs, organizations, and functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products, including Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) and Technical Feedback Reports (TFBRs), for U.S. Navy surface ships.
• Develop technical documentation using the Navy Publishing Application (NPA), Navy PMS Editor (NPE), or an equivalent tool.
• Create reports and prepare presentations, charts, graphs, and other data information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
