About The Position

Provides excellent guest service while taking guest orders. Answering phones, taking orders, process payments, and deliver meals to hotel rooms.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must be able to speak and write in English.
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Always answers phone in a courteous, professional manner.
• Effectively take guests’ orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items; prices, ingredients, method of preparation and availability.
• Process payments.
• Deliver meals to hotel rooms.
