The Lodge Manager is responsible for the complete operation of a remote workforce accommodation, which typically accommodates 200–1,600 beds. This role ensures the safe and consistent delivery of accommodations, food services, housekeeping/janitorial, laundry, and guest services. The position combines on-the-ground service leadership with business management, involving coaching a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining a zero-harm safety performance, meeting client scope and contractual KPIs, controlling labor and consumables budgets, and driving continuous improvement. The Lodge Manager acts as the primary on-site client representative, translating occupancy forecasts into staffing, menu, and room plans, while also coordinating logistics such as flights, crew changes, and bagged lunches, and managing contingency responses to disruptions. Success is evaluated based on audit compliance, financial performance, client satisfaction, and employee engagement and retention.
