About The Position

Maintain the flow of clean linens for the Lodge, Pool, and Club, while operating safe and efficient laundry facilities. Oversee inventory to ensure linens are stocked and available. Help in housekeeping when needed.

Requirements

High school or equivalent education
Training and experience in housekeeping and supervisory skills.
At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping in the hospitality industry
Ability to perform all laundry and housekeeping tasks at high quality.
Leadership and supervisory skills
Results oriented, “get it done” attitude
Diagnostic, problem solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with efficient housekeeping and laundry practices and procedures
Computer Software Skills (for data entry and management systems.)
Adequate physical agility to perform the cleaning and laundry duties in the Lodge, including climbing stairs and ladders.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to push and pull up to 60 lbs. frequently.
Ability to bend, kneel, twist and squat frequently.
Ability to communicate and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to stand entire 8 hours shifts not including two 10-minute breaks and a half hour lunch break.
Ability to reach overhead and into laundry and drying machines.
