About The Position
The Food and Beverage Lodge Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the lodge's dining and beverage areas during the evening hours. This role includes serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable and satisfying experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
- Answer any questions regarding food and beverage options.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address any guest concerns or special requests in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and beverage areas.
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and service areas regularly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food and beverage operations.
- Restock supplies and manage inventory levels as needed.
- Work closely with F&B to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or functions.
- Support other team members and provide assistance as needed to ensure smooth operations.
