The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by preparing, serving, and delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally. This role is crucial for ensuring guest satisfaction through high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage areas.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Previous food and beverage or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests warmly and replenish food and beverages
  • Ensure proper presentation of food and beverages
  • Prepare tables, service areas, and dining spaces before and after service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous manner
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for special functions including dishes
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
