About The Position

Requirements

Board certified.
Hold valid IN License/IMLC, CSR, and DEA registration.
Must be a drive-in candidate.
Commitment to all specified dates is essential.
Required to sign Anesthesia Attestation for all procedures.
Fully credentialed with their locum agency.
Must commit to orientation on Friday, December 11, 2026.
Case logs will be necessary.

Responsibilities

Provide General Anesthesia for Adult and Pediatric cases.
Administer Cardiac Anesthesia.
Perform Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia.
Manage Invasive Ventilation (Endotracheal Tube/Tracheostomy/Nasotracheal).
Manage Non-invasive Ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP).
Perform Central Line Placement.
Perform Arterial Line Placement.
Perform PA Catheter Placement.
Perform Dialysis Catheter Placement.
Perform Chest Tube Insertion.
Assist with Bronchoscopy.
Perform Temporary Transvenous Pacemaker Placement.
Perform Transforaminal Procedures (Lumbar or Cervical).
Perform Fluoroscopically Guided Nerve Blocks.
Perform Epidural Steroid Injections (Lumbar or Cervical).
Manage Post-operative Epidurals and Extremity Blocks.
Supervise CRNAs.
Provide anesthesia for Orthopedic, Vascular, Spine, Obstetric, and Thoracic cases.
Address Neurosurgery cases if applicable.
