Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent PA certification
- Current NP or PA license in good standing
- Experience in Emergency Medicine preferred
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Adherence to all safety and compliance protocols
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Must be board-certified
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patients presenting to the emergency department
- Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in emergency response drills and training
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Assist in a variety of procedures, as applicable
