Requirements

Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Valid medical license to practice in the state
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
Must be board-certified

Nice To Haves

Clinical experience with neonatal patients preferred

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates in various clinical settings
Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of newborn patients
Administer treatments and therapies as per established guidelines
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
Educate and support families regarding infant care and treatment plans
Monitor and evaluate patient progress and respond to changes in health status
Participate in neonatal resuscitation and critical care procedures
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records to comply with health regulations
NICU management
High-risk deliveries
High-risk C-sections
Neonatal procedures
Outpatient follow-up clinic
