Requirements
- Valid MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Associate-level experience in Vascular Surgery is preferred
- Current Board Certification or eligibility in General Surgery
- Strong clinical diagnostic and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
- Current state medical license to practice in South Carolina
- Must be board-certified
Responsibilities
- Perform vascular surgeries and procedures in adherence to established protocols
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and consultations for patients
- Collaborate with surgical and medical staff to optimize patient care
- Manage post-operative care and follow-up for vascular patients
- Document patient progress and surgical outcomes thoroughly
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice
- Stay current with the latest advancements in vascular surgery techniques
- Provide education and support to patients regarding their conditions and treatments
