Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Active medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico
- Must be board-certified
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a hospitalist or inpatient care setting
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care decisions
