About The Position
This contract position offers an excellent opportunity for an Associate-level professional to contribute to our medical practice in a hands-on, on-site capacity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in diagnosing and interpreting medical information, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive pathology services, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our practice.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- Associate level experience in pathology or related field
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to patient care and ethical practice
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and pathology software
- Anatomic pathology skills required
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
Nice To Haves
- clinical pathology skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret pathology results
