About The Position

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Pediatrics
- Valid medical license to practice in the state
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in pediatric medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a pediatric practice is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients
- Conduct thorough examinations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and injuries
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- Stay current with pediatric guidelines and best practices
- Coverage of all admissions and rounds/care for admitted hospital patients
