Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Massachusetts
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Must be board-certified

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Otolaryngology or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions
• Diagnose and treat a variety of ENT-related issues
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and care plans
• Document patient evaluations and treatments accurately
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department
