About The Position

Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of residency in Anesthesiology
- Active medical license to practice in the state of Florida
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology
- Strong understanding of anesthesia techniques and patient monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be board-certified
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during and after surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Provide patient education and address inquiries related to anesthesia
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per medical standards
