About The Position
Community Dental Partners is seeking a Medicaid-credentialed General Dentist to provide flexible fill-in coverage across its East Texas practices when dentists are out of the office. The role offers steady patient flow, clinical and administrative support, and variety across practice locations. Dentists choose their own workdays, with no long-term commitment required. Community Dental Partners manages and provides travel accommodations. The work is in person at one- and two-doctor, family-focused, fully digital practices with front-office and clinical staff support.
Requirements
- Be a General Dentist credentialed with MCNA Dental Texas Medicaid.
- Ability to live or travel within the region.
- Interest in making a positive impact on patients' lives.
- Interest in contributing to a positive work culture and environment.
- Interest in expanding and improving clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education.
Responsibilities
- Provide fill-in dental coverage at East Texas practices when dentists are out of the office.
- Deliver patient care in supported, family-focused dental practices.
