About The Position

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Nevada
• Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred
• Proficiency in various case types
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
• BLS and ACLS required
• PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable

Nice To Haves

• Ideal candidate willing to cover in a FT capacity - 3 weeks on or even 2 on/2 off.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.
• Cover in a FT capacity, potentially with schedules like 3 weeks on or 2 on/2 off.
• Provide anesthesia care for case types including Endo, Ortho, OB, General, ENT, GI, GYN, Ophthalmology, Oral/Macillofacial, Pain, Podiatry, Urology, and MRI.
• Be available for call, with a 1:3 ratio, including first call and backup call for non-OB cases.
